Every Motherin Gallery piece is made to order, then shipped to your door with tracking. Here is what to expect.
Production time
Because each piece is made to order, production usually takes 1 to 2 business days before your order is dispatched.
Delivery time
We print from a network of regional facilities and route your order to the one closest to you, so most orders ship locally rather than crossing the world. As a guide, allow roughly 1 to 2 weeks from order to doorstep, with the UAE and nearby regions usually on the faster end. Delivery times can vary with the destination and the carrier.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking link, so you can follow your piece the whole way.
Where we ship
We currently ship to more than 50 countries. That includes the UAE and the wider GCC (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman), the UK and Europe, and the USA, Canada, Australia and beyond. If you are unsure whether we reach you, just ask before ordering.
Delivery within the UAE
We fulfil UAE orders locally, so delivery here is typically quick. We are proud to serve customers across the Emirates.
Changing your delivery address
We can usually update your address, but only before production begins. Since we start making your piece quickly, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to catch it in time.
Customs and duties
For international orders, any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout.
