We want you to love your piece. Because everything we sell is made to order, please read this before you buy.

Our made-to-order policy

Every piece is produced specifically for you once you order, so we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for the wrong size, colour or design being chosen. Please double-check your selection at checkout. If you would like help choosing, reach out before you buy and we will gladly guide you.

Damaged or faulty items

We stand behind every piece. If your order arrives damaged, or has a manufacturing defect, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue, a photo of the packaging, and your order number, and we will make it right as quickly as we can.

Cases we cannot cover

  • The wrong size, colour or design was ordered
  • A change of mind after delivery
  • Slight variations in colour or print placement that fall within standard production tolerances

Our quality guarantee

Every order goes through a quality-control check before it leaves us, and we only use materials chosen specifically for wall art. If something still is not right, we will fix it.
