How are your prints made?
Every piece is made to order, just for you. When you place an order, the piece you choose is produced fresh using professional Giclée printing, then framed and quality-checked before it ships. You get a piece made with care, not a leftover.
What materials do you use?
Two core ranges. Canvas prints use hand-stretched canvas with Giclée printing, available stretched or framed. Fine art paper prints use museum-grade matte paper, available rolled or framed with a handmade wooden frame and an acid-free coloured passepartout. All framed pieces arrive ready to hang.
Will the colours match what I see on screen?
Very close. Every screen is calibrated differently, so small variations are normal and fall within standard production tolerances. We carefully colour-manage every piece so it stays true to the design on our site.
How long until my order arrives?
Production usually takes 1 to 2 business days, then your order ships with tracking. As a guide, allow roughly 1 to 2 weeks from order to doorstep, with the UAE and nearby regions on the faster end. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
Where do you ship?
To more than 50 countries, including the UAE and the wider GCC, the UK and Europe, and the USA, Canada, Australia and beyond. We fulfil UAE orders locally, so delivery here is typically quick.
Can I return my order?
Because every piece is made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for the wrong size, colour or design being chosen. If you would like help choosing, reach out before you buy. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, a photo of the packaging, and your order number.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your wall, then tape out the dimensions with paper before ordering. As a rough rule, art looks best filling about two-thirds of the wall or furniture below it. Exact sizes are on every product page, and our Care & Size Guide has more.
How do I care for my piece?
Keep it out of direct sunlight, avoid humid rooms, and dust gently with a dry, soft cloth. No sprays or fluids on the print. See our Care & Size Guide for more.
What currency are prices in?
Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout. Your bank handles any conversion if you are paying from another currency.
